Testing tools :
- PDF files on PC Windows 10 with Adobe Acrobat Reader DC
- ePub files : on iPad Air with Kobo app (a real Kobo reader would be helpful)
- MOBI files : on iPad Air with Kindle app (a real Kindle reader would be helpful)

When using in the header of a table : |+ in a table as a title. Also bold characters not bold with this command.
Bug 4 : Table alignment in a page (centered) not respected
align= center in the header of a table {| width=80% align=center the table is centered in Wikisource but not pdf
Bug 5 : Text alignment in table cell not respected.
By default, text is align=left in each cell : this work in Wikisource but not in pdf, ePub, MOBI
Bug 6 : Style in table not respected in MOBI : ex.: style= "font-size:75%;"
The size of the font defined in the table header is not respecte in MOBI format.
Bug 7 : Borders in table
When using in the header of a table class="wikitable", the borders appears in Wikisource but not pdf, ePub Kobo, MOBI Kindle. When using specific commands in each cell of a table, such as style="border-top: 1px solid;border-right:1px solid" the borders appears in Wikisource and pdf and ePub Kobo but not for MOBI Kindle
Bug 8 : Small caps not respected

Bug 9 : Curly bracket { }
Ok on Wikisource and pdf and ePub Kobo, but in Kindle, table is scrambled.
