etc., his executors, administrators, or assigns, the rent of two quintals of merchantable fish annually for each family now resident, or that may hereafter reside and occupy lands on said Islands, hereby granting and demising to all subsequent settlers the full extent and benefit of the conditions here in specified, payable on the first day of august if demanded in every year during said term ; and if it shall happen that the said yearly rent, or any part thereof, shall be behind and unpaid by the space of eight and twenty days next after the said first day of August so demanded in every year during said term, upon which the same is hereby made payable, that then and at all times afterwards, it shall and may be lawful for the said Sir Isaac etc his executors, administrators and assigns, into the said lands and premises or into any part thereof, in the name of the whole, to reenter, and the same to have again, repossess and enjoy as in his and their former estate, and the said Louis Boudreau Att. etc his executors, administrators and assigns thereout and from thence to expel and put out any thing herein contained to the contrary notwithstanding and the said Louis Boudreau Att. etc for himself, his or their executors, administrators and assigns doth covenant and grant to and with the said admiral Sir etc his executors, administrators and assigns, by these present, that he the said Louis Boudreau Att. etc his or their executors, administrators or assigns shall and will during the said term hereby demised, will and truly pay or cause to be paid to the said admiral Sir etc his executors administrators or assigns, the said rent on the day and in the manner and form above mentioned for payment thereof, according to the true extent and meaning of these presents…
