§ 2. a) Sera puni de quinze ans de travaux forcés quiconque aura introduit, fabriqué ou mis en vente de l’opium. — b) Sera soumis à la même peine, diminuée d’un degré, quiconque aura introduit, fabriqué ou mis en vente tous instruments ou appareils destinés à fumer l’opium. — c) Sera soumis à la même peine, diminuée de deux degrés, quiconque aura gardé chez lui des instruments destinés à fumer l’opium.

Sera puni de trois ans de travaux forcés quiconque aura mis en vente de la viande provenant d’un bœuf mort d’une maladie infectieuse.
