CLAMPONNIER ou CLAPONNIER, subst. m. (Maréch.) on appelle ainsi un cheval long-jointé, c’est-à-dire qui a les paturons longs, effilés, & trop plians. Ce terme est vieux, & conviendroit plûtôt aux bœufs qu’aux chevaux. Voyez Paturon.
