::D'accord, je vais repeter ce que j'ai dit ici au Scriptorium. Pardon s'y je me suis trompé d'endroit, j'ai pensé que c'etait un cas plus simple. Merci quand même. --[[Utilisateur:Johnlong|Johnlong]] ([[Discussion utilisateur:Johnlong|d]]) 7 mars 2011 à 22:41 (UTC)

ThomasV, I've got several issues to discuss when you have a moment:
*1) I noticed ThomasBot doing [http://fr.wikisource.org/w/index.php?title=Page%3AAbelard_Heloise_Cousin_-_Lettres_I.djvu%2F7&action=historysubmit&diff=2310950&oldid=1092834 this] and I wondered if that's necessary for us to be doing generally. I realize any number of people could have been directing the bot, just wanted your thoughts on whether this is an important task. I thought this was done on the fly by the mediawiki software or the css or something and pywikipediabot uses the template structure, but if it's something we ought to do then I want to make sure I do it and do something to get the word out.
*2) The problem I mentioned the other day with final page numbers not showing up, I've noticed it again several places including one I ran across on fr.ws: [[Dictionnaire universel françois et latin, 6e édition (1771)/Tome 1]]. I thought from what you said you thought the page breaks were the cause but this page doesn't have those. Are the divs creating this? If so, do we need to run a report of all mainspace pages in all the subdomains that use div wrappers around <nowiki><pages/></nowiki> so we can get rid of them? - If we do, let me know and I'll see if I can put a report together at least for en.ws and la.ws and at least bring the issue to de.ws.
*3) when using {{tl|iwpage}} do all of the templates that are included have to exist on both wikis? It appears so, e.g.: [[:la:Pagina:Abelard Heloise Cousin - Lettres I.djvu/7]]. Although the assumption is frequently that the page will only be displayed in the mainspace in it's own language, this creates a bit of a problem of display in the pagespace and for works that need to be able to be displayed in both languages on a single wiki (for example, a French side by side translation of a Latin work should display the French and the Latin on fr.ws ''and'' may also be the source scan for the Latin text on la.ws. This would seem to require some effort to standardize templates across domains, wouldn't it? If so, should we start a discussion for that on oldwikisource?
I'll check back here from time to time but if you get time for a detailed response you may want to ping me on en.ws or IRC to let me know. Merci.--[[Utilisateur:Doug|Doug]] ([[Discussion utilisateur:Doug|d]]) 12 mars 2011 à 17:52 (UTC)
